Who We Are
Our group of companies is one of the most respected privately owned companies in UAE. The family name has been a fixture in the UAE business community since the 1950’s under the patronage of Mr. Saif Khalifa Mubarak Buadail Al Mazrouei, who initiated the group, with Al Rahad Contracting Company and General Trading Company – DUBAITEC IN 52 years ago. Thereafter, there has been a constant buildup of business diversifying into various sectors including oilfield and petroleum equipment trading (ADEL BUADAIL TRADING EST.), pharmacy (SAIF PHARMACY), fire safety equipment trading (DUBAITEC GENERAL TRADING), contracting companies (SABCO) and etc.,
LATER ON, IN 1977, as a renewed phase in the growth of the Group, a parent company ADEL BUADAIL TRADING EST. established 46 years ago under the leadership of Mr. Saif Khalifa Mubarak Buadail. slowly narrowing down to Real Estate Construction and Management. It was during this phase, that his son, Mr. Khalifa Saif Khalifa Mubarak Buadail joined in to support the leadership and after the sad demise of his Father, took over the operations and moving ahead progressively with new properties being built and rented along with managing already existing units within UAE and globally.
Further down the lane, a professional and dedicated management company, SKB Properties LLC, was established in 2017, to oversee and administer the Real Estate Service Portfolio which consists of residential and commercial leasing and management at various locations within UAE and around the globe.
We build our properties with great care. Our quality speaks for the effort we take in designing each and every aspect with innovative thoughts. We invest in the premium quality building material that must be used in our properties and take pride in the ultimate product. We own and manage our properties in Dubai, Lebanon and Spain.
